特厚煤层分层综放开采区段小煤柱留设尺寸研究

The research and application of high underground pressure section narrow coal pillar property parameter

摘要:

砚北煤矿开采煤5层,最大开采深度800m左右。5煤为特厚煤层,平均厚度为37.5m,煤层倾角0~9°,煤层具有强冲击地压倾向性。为防治顺槽掘进时冲击地压现象发生、提高矿井安全系数,采用理论计算、数值模拟、现场观测的方法,研究分析工作面、区段护巷小煤柱内应力变化以及采场超前支承压力影响范围。以区段小煤柱变形破坏理论为依据,以数值模拟分析4种不同宽度煤柱的塑性区变化范围,最终得出适合砚北矿条件的合理区段煤柱宽度。

Abstract:

Huating coal mine mining the fifth coal layer, the largest mining depth is about 800m. The fifth coal layer is thick coal seam, average thickness 37.5m,coal seam dip angle 0~9°,strong rockburst proneness. In order to prevent rockburst and raise mine safety coefficient, By theoretical calculation, numerical simulation, field observation method, we analysis the impact of stress variation and abutment pressure in the narrow coal pillar and working face. By analyse the deformation rule of the narrow coal pillar and the excursion of four different width coal pillar plastic zone , we finally get the property width of section coal pillar of Yanbei mine.
